Nodus Mail Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Nodus Mail Android app ("the app") provided by Blurpx ("we", "us"). By installing or using the app you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

1. What the app does

Nodus Mail is an email client. It connects from your device to the email accounts you add (for example Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, iCloud or any IMAP/SMTP server) so you can read, send and manage your email. We don't provide email accounts or email hosting. Your email remains with your email provider.

2. Your accounts

• You must have the right to access every account you add.
• You are responsible for your credentials, your device security and all activity in the accounts you connect.
• Your use of each email service is also subject to that provider's own terms (for example Google's and Microsoft's).
• Keep your device protected with a screen lock. Anyone with access to your unlocked device can open the accounts you added.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use the app to send spam or malicious content, break the law, violate others' rights, or try to disrupt, reverse engineer or misuse the app or any email service.

4. Privacy

How the app handles data is described in our Privacy Policy. In short: your data stays on your device and goes only to the email providers you choose.

5. Availability and changes

The app is provided as is and may change, be updated or be discontinued at any time. Features such as new-mail notifications depend on Android and on your email provider, and may be delayed.

6. No warranty

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation or error-free operation. We aren't responsible for email that is delayed, lost or not delivered, or for the actions of your email provider.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

8. Termination

You can stop using the app at any time by removing your accounts and uninstalling it. We may suspend or end access to the app if these terms are violated.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, unless mandatory consumer law in your country says otherwise.
